News & Updates

September 4, 2007 at 1:04 pm (Vampire Oracle)

I have finally officially started my vampire oracle project – Ashes. So far it is coming along quite well and I actually enjoy it which is saying a lot since normally I hate starting a story – introducing characters and so forth. I much rather jump right into some action and I think that this time I got both so everyone is happy. My other projects are coming along much slower at the moment but you know my goal for this week is to get the first draft of Ashes done and work from there.

The Vampire Oracle now has its own little spot on the net with all the writers in the series it went live yesterday so check it out. Check the links in my blog roll it should be there.

Ok, that is all for now and I think I better get back to work.

And now for some good news

August 16, 2007 at 8:01 am (Cobblestone, Vampire Oracle, writing)

I have signed the contract now I just have to submit the finished project. Cobblestone like my proposal for the Vampire Oracle series and I have Ashes. Well, I signed the contract about a week ago or so but I wasn’t allowed to say anything until everyone else in the series was notified. Then I lost my password for my wordpress account and everytime I tried to get another my internet explorer had to shut down so I gave it a few hours and here I am.

Now that I got my nerves back I can focus my attention on other things like finally digging up my notes for my main stream project – The Past and the Present. I am hoping to get a good chunk of this done before the year is out and well August is already half way over and I have a few other projects in the works.

Hmm, I think I better stop now before I give myself more work. Oh, yeah and I soon I will be doing reviews I really look forward to this. My goal is to be as honest as possible without ripping out the hearts of some people in the process, but there is so much good work if not interesting books out there that I don’t think that will be too much of a problem.
